A Defining Spring at High Point

A look back at Spring Market and the collections that defined the season at Brown Jordan.

Sunset in low country with trees for Brown Jordan high point market.

This Spring 2026, Brown Jordan delivered one of its most dynamic High Point presentations to date, drawing unprecedented engagement across the showroom. Under the theme Field and Bloom, the space unfolded as a study in structure and softness, where materiality, motion, and modern heritage shaped each environment with clarity and intent.

The New Traditional

At the heart of the showroom, Palmetto made its Spring Market debut. Rooted in a fresh take on tradition, the collection feels open and relaxed, with an ease that invites you in. A new cane sling introduces a layer of natural warmth, while softened proportions and eased lines create an effortless sense of comfort. The result is a presence that feels both inviting and assured.

It suggests atmosphere rather than place, shaded porches, open air, environments designed for living.

That sense of restraint and structure continues at the threshold of the showroom.

Rhythm at the Threshold

Anchoring the front of the showroom, Luca establishes structure and repetition. References to open fields and equestrian landscapes are abstracted through proportion and material rather than theme. The result feels grounded and composed, a confident expression of craft.

From here, the experience shifts from architectural framing into moments of gathering and exchange.

Sunday Morning, A Market Tradition

On Sunday morning, Brown Jordan hosted its annual Southern Brunch, an invitation to pause within the rhythm of Market. Guests gathered over southern inspired fare, fresh coffee, and morning conversation while previewing this season’s introductions in a setting shaped for connection and exchange.

In the dining environment, Palmetto takes on a more social cadence. Designed for gathering, it is paired with the Adapt table featuring a Dekton top, creating a balance of softness and performance at the center of the space.

High Point Dining

Overhead, a Summit umbrella in Kravet fabric filters light across the setting, shifting throughout the day as guests move through Market. The space becomes a working rhythm, morning meetings, shared lunches, and informal conversations with designers, partners, and visitors.

Here, Palmetto is not staged as a product moment, but as an environment in use.

That same attention to material expression extends beyond furniture into surface and installation.

Cane, Reframed

Across the showroom, cane sling is reintroduced not as accent, but as architecture. In wallpaper applications and shadow box installations, the material is studied in repetition, transparency, and light.

Caning Sling Artwork

These moments extend cane beyond furniture into surface and spatial rhythm. Framed, layered, and backlit, it becomes an environmental gesture rather than a detail, reinforcing the season’s focus on material expression across every scale.

This material clarity is echoed again through the evolving language of finish.

A Study in Finish

This season also introduces a refined palette of new finishes that quietly shift the overall language of the collection: Bamboo, Canyon, and Harbor.

New Finishes at Market

Layered across frames, bases, and structural details, the finishes introduce variation without disruption, supporting cohesion while allowing each piece to hold its own identity. The result is a more dimensional reading of the showroom, where material consistency becomes the unifying thread.

That same framework of adaptability continues in the modular systems.

Faro, Reconfigured

Faro is introduced in the new Canyon finish with Kravet upholstery, offering a warmer, more grounded interpretation of the modular system. The sectional is shown in multiple configurations, emphasizing its adaptability across scale and setting.

Faro

Rather than a fixed arrangement, Faro operates as a framework capable of shifting between open hospitality layouts and more intimate groupings. The Faro sectional emphasizes its adaptability across scale and setting.

From modular systems, the narrative expands into leisure and lived experience.

Chaise Lounge Environments

A broader expression of chaise lounges expands the narrative of rest and leisure across the showroom. Luca, Oscar, and Huntley are shown together for the first time in this range, highlighting the breadth of Brown Jordan’s approach to comfort and form.

Styled with playful floats, the presentation introduces a lighter register within the Market environment, one that balances refinement with ease. Each chaise maintains its own design language, yet collectively reinforces the idea of modular luxury across collections.

A Season Defined

Palmetto remains the defining expression of the season, where sculpted aluminum and tailored cane sling converge in a more contemporary outdoor language. It reflects a broader direction across the showroom: material clarity, softened geometry, and environments designed to be experienced rather than observed.
