To ensure that every piece endures for generations we use top quality components that are rigorously tested to stand up to both human and climate extremes including hand-forged, lightweight aluminum, yacht-size rope, Flex Sling, Suncloth fabric, Dekton tabletops, and fiber weaves. At our long-time manufacturing facility in North America, quality is imbued in every chair, stool, table, chaise, sofa, and sectional we make. Here, skilled artisans use the world’s most advanced materials and manufacturing techniques, along with an abundance of handcrafted details to create each seamless, flawless piece. And because we own the facility, we can control quality at every turn.
Every step of the making process is performed with precision and expertise. Metal artisans prepare aluminum frames for powder coating one piece at a time, welding, grinding, buffing, and polishing each seamless joint to what our founder described as “a smooth, jewel like finish.” Prior to the powder coating process, every frame is pretreated with a five-step application that ensures superior paint adhesion and exceptional cleanliness. Finally, an Ultra Fuse powder coat finish is applied by hand with an electrostatic technique that creates a complete and uniform coating on all areas of the frame, including the bends and corners. No blistering, no flaking, no peeling. Flawless.
